Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable. In case of a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted from the total refunded amount. Customers are responsible for paying the shipping fees for returning items.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@astralyn.co. We offer a free replacement of the defective item.

Refund Timeframe : After return approval, the refund may take up to 14 days to be processed to the original payment method.
