Return period

Customers in France, Australia, the UK, and the US can return their product within 30 days of receipt. Please contact our customer service for further instructions.

Return instructions

1. Return notificationContact our customer service at info@astralyn.coby indicating Your order number and the reason for the return .
2. Return authorizationOnce your request has been reviewed, we will provide you with detailed instructions and, if necessary, a prepaid return label.

Packaging and shipping

• Carefully pack the item in its original packaging with all tags attached.
• Include all documents necessary for processing the return.
• If a return label is provided, download and print it.

Return shipping costs

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective. In that case, Astralyn will cover the return shipping costs.

Return and refund conditions
