To cancel your order, please act quickly. If it has not yet been shipped, we will process a full refund. If your order has already been shipped, the refund will be issued once the returned item arrives at our warehouse.
Cancellation After Shipping
If your order is already on its way, you will need to return the item to receive a refund. Please consult our return policy for the procedure to follow.
Partial Cancellations
If you wish to cancel only certain items from your order, please contact our customer service. Specific items can be canceled and refunded before they are shipped. For items already in transit, they will need to be returned to receive a refund.

You can cancel your pre-order at any time before it is shipped. If the pre-ordered item has already been shipped, you will need to return it to receive a refund.
