Astralyn Cancellation Policy

At Astralyn, we understand that unforeseen events can occur and you may need to cancel or modify your order. Here are the details of our cancellation process:

Cancellation Before Shipment

To cancel your order, please act quickly. If it has not yet been shipped, we will issue a full refund. If your order has already been shipped, the refund will be processed once the returned item arrives at our warehouse.

Cancellation After Shipment

If your order is already on its way, you will need to return the item to receive a refund. Please refer to our return policy for the procedure to follow.

Partial Cancellations

If you wish to cancel only certain items from your order, please contact our customer service. Specific items can be canceled and refunded before shipment. For items already in transit, they must be returned to receive a refund.

Preorder Cancellation

You can cancel your preorder at any time before it ships. If the preordered item has already been shipped, you will need to return it to obtain a refund.

Cancellation Process

To proceed with your cancellation, contact our customer service with your order number. Restocking fees may apply for orders already shipped and subsequently canceled.

We are committed to processing cancellations as quickly as possible. Once the cancellation is completed, you will receive a confirmation email and the refund will be processed via the original payment method used at purchase.
