Eligibility for Refund

Non-Refundable Items

- Items purchased on sale or with a discount code
- Customized or made-to-order items
Refund Process

- Processing the Refund: If the item is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method. Please note that the refund may take several business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider's policies.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are non-refundable. In the case of a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted from the total refunded amount. Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@astralyn.co. We offer a free replacement for the defective item.
Refund Timeline : After the return is approved, the refund may take up to 14 days to be processed to the original payment method.
