Return Period
Customers from France and Australia can return their product within 30 days of receipt. Please contact our customer service for further instructions.
Return Instructions

- Return Authorization: Once your request is reviewed, we will provide you with detailed instructions and, if necessary, a prepaid return label.
Packaging and Shipping
- Carefully pack the item in its original packaging with all tags attached.

- If a return label is provided, download it and print it.
Return Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or not as described. In this case, Astralyn will cover the return shipping costs.
Return and Refund Conditions
- Change of Mind : Return an unused, undamaged product in its original packaging within 30 days.
